At Frontline Gaming, we want you to be fully satisfied with your tactical apparel and gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer account and select the 'Order History' tab to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for the specific items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact. Include a copy of your packing slip or a note with your RMA number clearly visible inside the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location. Please retain your tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days, notifying you via email once the transaction is complete.
